Here are our stories for Friday, August 30th, 2024.

First up, a look at your daily horoscope. If you're a Scorpio, you need to avoid all the drama that today will bring. Refuse to go along.
Just be careful. Your understudy will take advantage of this and try to replace you in the show.

STORY 2: MAIN STORY

Now lets get to our actual, for-real Odd News story...

If you ever wondered what the heck Minions would eat if they were to go to Sweden, wonder no more.

The little yellow creatures would head to their nearest Swedish pizzaria and order the Tropicana Pizza or, as it's otherwise known, "Swedish Pizza." This Frankenstein's Monster on a plate starts off with tomato sauce and cheese. Okay. But then comes the pineapple and ham. Wait! You say. That's a Hawaiian Pizza! I know, because someone in my family used to like them. And you say "Used to? What happened?" And I say "We disowned them."

But where was I? Oh. Right. tomato sauce, cheese, pinapple and ham. Now, let's bring it on home with our last two mystery ingredients -- curry and banana!

No. There's nothing wrong with your ears. I said curry and banana! Apparently Swede's love bananas. Which is totally bananas. And Tropicana Pizza feeds that banana need on a Friday night. Hopefully a Friday night that doesn't involve alcohol. Because I think the only thing this pizza pairs with is prune juice.

For even more fun, consider one of the additional toppings the Swedes love to pile onto this spaw of evil -- peanuts and/or shrimp. And/or NO!

We here at Odd news plus love to hear about odd things, and Sweden, you do you. But please, don't put instruction on how to make this in with any of your IKEA furniture. Or, if you do, make them impossible to understand. So, like your standard instructions.

Apples vs Oranges. Have we ever decided how to really compare these two things? Is it actually possible? To find out we sent out 4 lab mice to...

It's the 4 lab mice. What did you guys...

MICE

Attack!

MICE make attack noises.
